Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is a powerful and effective form of hypnotherapy that can help individuals overcome limiting beliefs, negative emotions, and unwanted behaviours. By accessing the subconscious mind, RTT can provide a rapid and transformative approach to healing.
RTT is a unique blend of hypnotherapy, neurolinguistic programming (NLP), cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), and psychotherapy. It is a solution-focused therapy that aims to address the root cause of the problem, rather than just the symptoms.
How does RTT work?
- Hypnosis: RTT utilizes a deep state of relaxation, similar to daydreaming, to access the subconscious mind.
- Identification of limiting beliefs: During the session, the therapist will help you identify and address the underlying beliefs or emotions that are causing your challenges.
- Reinstallation of positive beliefs: Once these limiting beliefs are identified, they are replaced with positive and empowering affirmations.
What can RTT help with?
- Overcoming fears and phobias
- Managing anxiety and stress
- Breaking bad habits
- Improving self-esteem and confidence
- Addressing emotional trauma
- Achieving personal and professional goals
